Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to the site visitor's computer’s hard drive through their Web browser (if they allow it) that enable the sites or service providers systems to recognize the user’s browser and capture and remember certain information.
If the website visitor prefers, they can choose to have their computer warn them each time a cookie is being sent, or they can choose to turn off all cookies via their browser settings. Like most websites, if the user turns off cookies, some of the agency website features may not function properly. However, the user may always contact the agency over the telephone or in person.
The agency does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties the users’ personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist the agency in operating the website, conducting the agency’s business, or servicing clients, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. The agency may also release the website visitor or user information when it believes the release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce the website policies, or protect its own or others’ rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Occasionally, at our discretion, the agency may include or offer third-party products or services on its website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. The agency, therefore, has no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, the agency strives to protect the integrity of its site and welcomes any feedback about those third-party sites.
